1. Processing & Delivery Time
   Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We deliver books within Sri Lanka using a courier service, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
2. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
3. Order Tracking

4. Delivery Delays
   We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
   If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges
   If a delivery fails due to an incorrect phone number or failure to answer calls from the courier, and the book is returned to us, a redelivery charge will apply. Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details and are available to receive the delivery.
